If the mall has issues like gang activity to worry about, then I probably don't need to be spending my time there anyway. Apparently there are some 'policies' in place that are not written ANYWHERE around the mall location that were put into place because of gang activity and out of control teenagers. My wife and I were there to gamble at the Horseshoe casino, which is close by and figured we would take a quick trip to the mall for some shopping and dinner. The mall itself is nice overall and having a place to shop while vacationing there over the weekend seemed like a nice idea.
